OVERVIEW:
This is a (12) twelve-month, full-time position with a pay range of $19.00- $22.00 per hour. The hours for the position are Tuesday - Friday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Transitional Living Program Case Manager(s) will be assigned clients from both the residential and non-residential tracks of the TLP program and will provide intensive, basic and independent living skills assessment, training, supervision, referrals and support, as needed. Approximately 40 youth will be served annually.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
Candidate must possess significant knowledge of -
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in human services, education or a related field; and (1) one-year experience or an equivalent combination of education, employment and life experience. Master's degree preferred.
In addition to the above, it is mandatory that candidates meet the following criteria prior to hire:

Candidates must be able to be autonomously mobile in order to provide the required services.
